1、探讨一次性肛周脓肿根治术与传统分期治疗肛周脓肿的临床效果黑龙江省齐齐哈尔第二医院161006【】目的探讨肛周脓肿一次性根治术的临床疗效。方法对我院2010年6月〜2012年6月确诊的106例肛周脓肿患考均采用一次性根治术(观察组)，选择我院2008年1月〜2010年1月行肛周脓肿传统分期手术治疗的106例患者的资料(对照组)，观察两组治疗效果、术后肛周疼痛、肛门功能、住院时间及治疗费用情况。结果两组患者术后随访1年，观察组98例治愈，8例延迟愈合，无复发，对照组治愈102例，延迟愈合2例，复发2例，两组治愈率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组术后肛周

2、疼痛情况、肛门功能明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组总住院时间、治疗费用低于对照组，患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论一次性肛周脓肿根治术操作简便、易于施行，在减少术后继发感染、降低复发率及保护肛门功能等方面效果显著,而且可以缩短病程，减少患者痛苦，是治疗肛周脓肿的一种疗效可靠的术式。【关键词】肛周脓肿；一次性根治术；肛门功能；复发Abstract：ObjectiveToinvestigatetheclinicalcurativeeffectofradicaloperationofanusweekabscess.Meth

7、reducethesufferingofpatients,isacurativeeffectoftreatingperianalabscessandreliableoperation.keyword：anusweekabscess；disposableradicaloperation；analfunction；recurrence肛周脓肿是肛管周围软组织内或其周围间隙内发生急性化脓性感染并形成脓肿，可自行破溃，或在手术切开引流后常形成肛瘘，是肛管、直肠部位常见疾病［1】。肛周脓肿传统治疗多采用切开引流放脓，但在急性期内U寻找闲难，一般先行切开引流，二期行肛瘘手术
