1、浅谈高血压治疗中存在的误区和处理方法(海军大连舰艇学院政治系医疗所辽宁大连116018)【】目的：分析归纳当前对高血压患者治疗过程中存在的常见误区,根据归纳结果对其釆取有效处理对策，为以后制定高血压患者治疗方案提供数据支持。方法：对笔者近年来收治高血压患者临床资料以回顾性方法进行分析，结合沟通咨询方法，归纳患者接受治疗中存在的误区。结果：常见误区一般如下：误将“症状”与“血压”视为一体；误将“降压治疗越早越好”理解为“降压药物治疗越早越好”，忽视非药物干预；误将降压目标值绝对化为正常血压值；误将实现降压目标视为短期行为。对其

2、采取以下处理方法：减少单一用药；避免治疗决策依据单一；强调药物治疗的合理应用；重视对老年人高血压的控制；重视降压药物引起的代谢紊乱。结论：高血压近年来发病率呈现出多发的趋势，对我国人民的身体健康和牛.活质量己经造成了严重的影响，对高血压的治疗是一个艰巨而漫长的过程，了解高血压治疗中存在的误区并釆取有效的处理方法，对保障患者临床治疗和预后效果有重要意义，值得临床重视。【关键词】高血压；心血管疾病；综合治疗；心血管事件【】R544.1【】B【】1003-5028(2015)6-0775-02[Abstract]Objective
