1、奥曲肽治疗乙肝肝硬化并发上消化道出血的回顾性临床分武汉市黄陂区人民医院内科湖北武汉430300【】目的：探讨奥曲肽治疗乙肝肝硬化并发上消化道出血的临床疗效，为临床研究提供参考价值。方法：将我院从2015年5月至2016年6月之间所收治的112例乙肝肝硬化并发上消化道出血患者，分为对照组和治疗组各56例。对照组采用垂体后叶素以0.4U/min持续静脉滴注；治疗组采用奥曲肽0.1mg+0.9%葡萄糖氯化钠20ml稀释缓慢静脉推注，后以0.05mg/h速度泵入维持。分析对比两组患者临床用药后疗效，控制出血的时间以及不良反应的发生

2、情况。结果：治疗组总有效率达到92.9%较观察组的76.8%疗效更为显著。结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗组患者止血时间，不良反应均明显低于对照组患者，总有效率明显高于对照组患者，结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)o结论：应用奥曲肽治疗乙肝肝硬化并发上消化道出血疗效肯定，安全性高，可明显缩短止血时间，减少不良反应发生，值得临床推广应用。【关键词】奥曲肽；肝硬化；上消化道出血；回顾性临床分析Octreotideinthetreatmentoflivercirrhosiscomplicatedwithupp
