1、基于RNA-Seq绒山羊皮肤两种毛囊差异表达基因的分析苏蕊乔贤范一星李晓凯张磊马宇浩王瑞军王志英刘志红张燕军李金泉内蒙古农业大学动物科学学院动物遗传育种与繁殖自治区重点实验室为了研究绒III羊皮肤初级毛囊和次级毛囊之间的表达基因模式的差异,筛选影响毛囊发育的重要基因,对6只内蒙古绒山羊阿尔巴斯型个体进行RNA-seq测序,利用生物信息学方法对转录组数据进行分析,在测序结果质量控制后的基础上,对差异表达基因进行筛选、功能注释和富集分析。共筛选到617个在初级毛囊和次级毛囊中差异表达的基因,其中,上
2、调表达基因297个,下调表达基因320个。G0功能注释结果显示,上调表达基因主要行使电子传递链、呼吸链电子传递、线粒体电子传递、基因表达等生物学功能;K调表达基因主要行使细胞吞噬、蛋0质复性、中性粒细胞聚集、细菌真菌防御反应等生物学功能。利用KEGG数据库作为参考,这些基因主耍参与半胱氨酸和蛋氨酸代谢、RNA聚合、RNA可变剪切、底物磷酸化等通路。PPP2R2A和CDK2AP1基因可能在皮肤毛囊发育中发挥重要作用,以上结果为今后深入研究皮肤毛囊发育相关基因及功能提供了依据。关键词:绒山羊;毛囊;

8、regation,bacterialfungaldefensereactionandotherbiologicalfunctions.UsingKEGGdatabaseasareference,thesegenesaremainlyinvolvedinthemetabolismofcysteineandmethionine,RNAaggregation,shear,Parkinson’sdisease,substratephosphorylation,andAlzheimer’sdisease.
