1、混合痔外剥内扎联合消痔灵注射治疗混合痔的临床研究山东省淄傅市中丙医结合医院结直肠外科山东淄傅255000为了探讨外剥内扎术加消痔灵注射术治疗混合痔［1］的临床治疗效果，木研宄将2009年11月年至2014年11月木院收治的102例混合痔随机分为治疗组和对照组，各51例，治疗组采用传统的混合痔外剥内扎术加消痔灵注射术［2］,对照组采用传统的外剥内扎术，对照术后大出血，结果显示，治疗组无一例发生术后大出血，对照组发生大出血5例，占对照组治疗例数的9.8%,5例均到手术室硬膜外麻醉下缝扎止血。治疗组术后大出血的发生率明显低于对照组，p<0.05。术后随访，治疗组患者诉肛门

2、坠涨感6例，占11.8%。对照组15例，占29.4，两组比较差异明显，有统计学意义，p<0.05,。结果表明。混合痔外剥内扎术加消痔灵注射治疗混合痔的术后大出血发生率明显降低，同时可以减轻患者肛门坠涨感和大便不畅的感觉，且消痔灵价格便宜，注射简单，风险极小，值得临床推广和应用。关键词：混合痔；外剥内扎术；外剥内扎术联合消痔灵注射；术后大出血；肛门坠涨Abstract：inordertoexploretheclinicaltherapeuticeffectofexternaldissectionandinternalligationplusHemorrhoidmedi
