1、“全球城市”目标下的滨水区多维度城市设计设计为例以上海南外滩滨水区城市文沁黄轶伦上海市城市规划设计研宄院规划二所上海市城市规划设计研宄院上海设计中心规划二部黄浦江作为城市功能和生态发展的主轴线，其两岸地区是上海建设国际经济、金融、贸易、航运、科技创新屮心和文化大都市的重要空间载体，是实现“还江于民”理念的重要示范点。南外滩滨水区不仅位于浦江两岸的核心位置，而且拥有独特的历史人文、金融发展底蕴以及开发空间上的优势，因此本规划以打造世界一流的城市滨水区为目标，在传统滨水区城市设计的基础上创新地提出多维度控制
