1、氟马西尼与纳洛酮在治疗苯二氮卓类药物中毒患者中的应分析赵国红(双江自治县人民医院门急诊科云南临沧677300)【】R的：研究和探讨氟马西尼与纳洛酮在治疗苯二氮卓类药物屮毒患者屮的应用。方法：将我院急诊科2013.4〜2015.6期间收治的苯二氮卓类药物屮毒的患者，随机抽取74例，做为本次研宄对象，按随机双盲法分为观察组和对照组，观察组37例，采用氟马西尼联合纳洛酮对其进行治疗，对照组37例,采用纳洛酮对其进行治疗，采用格拉斯哥昏迷评分量表(glasgowcomascale.GCS)对两组患者治疗前后的GCS进行比较，及治疗后观察两组患者的临床催醒效果与不良反应。结果：观察组治疗后的GC
2、S得分为(13.6±2.1)明显高于对照组的(8.9±2.7),有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组的清醒时间及治愈率分别为(3.85±l.l)、29(78.3)明显优于对照组的(8.87±2.6)、20(54.0),有统计学差异(P<0.05)o结论：氟马西尼联合纳洛酮治疗苯二氮卓类药物屮毒，疗效显著，能有效的缩短患者的清醒时间，值得在临床上进行推广及应用。【关键词】氟马西尼；纳洛酮；苯二氮卓类；药物中毒【】R97【】A【】2095-1752(2016)03-0024-02Flumazenilandnaloxoneinthet
