1、摘要管理是企业永恒主题，管理创新是经济危机下企业生存、发展的内在要求。精益六西格玛管理是现代管理的最新成果之一，精益六西格玛管理如何有效融入到企业管理中是管理的一次创新性尝试和管理变革。本文通过对精益六西格玛管理及其必要性、可行性的研究和实施管理成功关键因素分析，通过“降低热电锅炉飞灰含碳量”案例的方式，较为系统、全面的分析了精益六西格玛项目的管理思想、工作流程、研究方法。精益六西格玛量化管理的理念融入在企业管理的方方面面、每一个阶段，使得目前以定性管理为主的粗放式管理，转变为定性管理和量化管理充分结合的新模式。精益六西格玛管理对公司的管理产生了深远的影响，其管理
