5、nyieldstabilityfordifferentvarieties,yieldstabilitywasanalyzedwithvarietiesderivedfromHuanghuazhanandtheirparentsasmaterialsbasedon17yieldGrelatedtraitsforfourconsecutiveseasonsintwoyearsbyusingtheAdditiveMaineffectsandMultiplicativeInteractions(AMMI)model.Theresultsshowedthatriceyieldgreatl
6、ychangedinthefourenvironments,rangingfrom2.21%to19.45%.TheyieldstabilityandyieldGrelatedtraitsstabilitywerevarietyGdependent,withthehighestyieldstabilityinFeng′aizhanandthelowestinShuanggui36.Grainwidthandtopleafwidth,withstabilitycoefficientsof0.043and0.049,showedthehigheststability,followe
7、dbyriceyield(withthestabilitycoefficientof0.178)andspikeletnumberperpanicle(withstabilitycoefficientof0.935).Pedigreeanalysisshowedthat:theintroductionofChangsizhanimprovedyieldstabilitysignificantly.Withchangingbreedingobjectives,thestabilityindex
