1、第I页转炉内衬及材质配置设计论文作者:鄢长喜毕业学校:辽宁科技大学职务:工程师第II页摘要转炉是高温冶金设备,经常处于近2000℃的温度下作业,所以内衬必须用耐火材料砌筑。炉衬处在极其复杂,激烈的物理化学反应的冶炼过程中,它不仅承受高温钢水与熔渣的化学侵蚀,还要承受钢水、熔渣、炉气的冲刷作用,以及加废钢的机械冲撞等。在工业国家中,一般耐火材料的60%~70%是用于冶金工业,而其中用于钢铁工业约占65%~75%。冶金工业的发展不断对耐火材料提出新的要求,而耐火材料的新成就又为冶金工业技术进步创造了条件。我们不仅要懂炼钢,会炼钢;还应对转炉耐火材料的性质,影响炉
