2、的分离物菌落形态、菌丝生长速率、菌核产生位置、菌核数量及重量均有差异。88个分离物按菌落特征分为5型,每种菌落形态分离物之间在菌丝生长速率、菌核数量及重量方面也存在显著差异。菌丝体亲和型测定表明,88个分离物共分为29个菌丝体亲和群(MCG),其中24个(82.8%)亲和群由自身亲和的单个分离物组成,最大的亲和群由来自绥化、鹤岗和佳木斯地区的43个分离物组成。同一亲和群内分离物的生物学特性也不一致。表明黑龙江省大豆菌核病菌具有较丰富的多样性和遗传异质性。关键词:大豆,核盘菌,生长特性,菌丝体亲和群中图分类号:S435.651文献标识码:A文章编号:1007-9084(2013)03-0307
