4、,2015,29(1):73G81.Abstract:Withthericesugaryendospermmutant(SugG11)anditswildGtype(Zhonghua11)asmaterials,thetotalsolublesugar,sucrosecontents,starchaccumulationinfillinggrainsandthestarchphysicochemicalpropertieswerecomparedtofurtherrevealthetemporalpatternsofsugarcontent,severalkeyenzymesacti
5、vitiesandtheirisoformgenestranscriptionalexpressionlevelduringthegrainfillingsoastoanalyzethephysiologicalmechanismforSugG11whosesugarscontentschangeand1000Ggrainweightdeclinefromthepointofstarchbiosynthesispathwayinricegrains.Theresultshowedthatthedifferencesinsolublesugarandsucrosecontentsbet
6、weenSugG11anditswildGtypewerenotobviousattheinitialstageofgrainfilling,butwiththefillingprocessitgraduallybecameapparent.Secondly,theamylose(Am)contentandBV(Am)ofSugG11weresignificantlydecreasedwhilethestarchsolubilityandBV(amylopectin,Ap)wereincreasedcomparedwithZhonghua11,indicatingthatthephy
7、sicochemicalpropertiesofgrainstarchweresignificantlyaffectedinthesugaryendospermmutant.Finally,amongthekeyenzymesinstarchsyntheticmetabolism,debranchingenzyme(DBE),existedinSugG11seeds,werequitedifferentfromitswildtypeinactivityan
