4、),Zhejing88(inbredjaponicarice)weresubjectedtolowtemperaturestress(17℃)andnormaltemperaturetreatment(25℃)for4daysand7daysinphytotrontoinvestigatethegrainfillingcharacteristicsduringfloweringstagewiththeambienttemperatureascontrol.Theresultsshowedthatseedsettingrateandgrainyieldperpanic
5、leofYongyouseriesweredecreasedsignificantlyunderlowtemperaturetreatment,especiallyunderthe7Gdaychillingstress.Basedonthecoldresistanceindex,Yongyou538,Zhejing88,Yongyou10,Yongyou6,Yongyou15werechillingtolerantlines,Yongyou8,Yongyou12,Yongyou9,Yongyou17werechillingsensitiveones,andtheot
6、herswereintermediatetype.Therewasnosignificantdifferenceintheratioofindicaandjaponicabackgroundbetweenchillingtolerantlinesandchillingsensitiveones.Thecorrelationanalysisindicatedthatunder7Gdayofchillingstress,therelativecoldsensitivityindexwassignificantlycorrelatedwithseedsettingrate
