4、【Objective】Weaimtorevealtheeffectsofalternatewettingandirrigationduringwholegrowthperiodongrainyieldinricecultivarswithdifferentdroughtresistanceanditsphysiologicalmechanisms.【Method】Withfourricecultivarsdifferedindroughtresistance,Yangdao6andLiangyoupeijiu(indica),Hanyou8andZhen
5、dao88(japonica),asmaterials,threewatermanagementregimes,i.e.CI(conventionalirrigation),WMD(alternatewettingandmoderatedryingirrigation)andWSD(alternatewettingandseveredryingirrigation)duringthewholegrowingseasonwereconductedtoinvestigatetheireffectsongrainyieldinapotexperiment.【R
6、esult】ComparedwithCI,WMDsignificantlyincreasedthegrainyieldsofYangdao6andHanyou8withhigherdroughtresistanceby6.9%and7.5%,anddecreasedthoseofLiangyoupeijiuandZhendao88withlowerdroughtresistanceby7.28%and8.10%,respectively.UnderWSD,thegrainyieldsoffourcultivarsalldecreasedsignifica
7、ntly,buttheyielddeclinesinLiangyoupeijiuandZhendao88weremuchhigherthanthoseinYangdao6andHanyou8.UnderWMD,rootoxidationactivity,cytokinin(zeatin+zeatinriboside)contentinrootsandleaves,leafphotosyntheticrateandwaterpotential,activitiesofenzymesinvolvedinsucrose-to-starchconversioni
