8、张家口、秦皇岛、唐山、廊坊、保定、衡水、邢台、（总场），其余为县政府直管、林业局（林管局）直属邯郸等10个设区市，58个县（市、区）。经营总面积或代管。按隶属关系分：省林业厅直属19个（2个处284.27万hm，占全省林业用地面积的10.5%。经过级，其余为科级），市管33个（2个处级，其余为科多年发展
