2、细菌性病害之一,选育和种植抗病桑树品种是控制病害的有效技术措施。通过建立自然诱发病圃鉴定47个桑树杂交组合对青枯病的抗性,筛选出4个高抗杂交组合;采用离体嫩梢人工接种法鉴定29个桑树杂交组合对引发青枯病的肠杆菌属(Eenterbacterspp.)病原细菌菌株GDE001、GXE039的侵染抵抗性,获得对2个病原细菌菌株均为高抗的杂交组合5个。试验数据的方差分析表明,桑树不同杂交组合对青枯病的抗性差异显著,母本的抗病性对一代杂交组合的抗病性影响极显著,而父本的影响不显著。上述2种抗病性鉴定方法均可
