6、················10致谢·····················································11浅谈企业有效利用精神激励员工【内容摘要】人力资源作为现代企业的一种战略性资源,已经成为企业发展的最关键因素。在人力资源管理的众多内容中,激励问题是重要的内容之一。激励的科学与否直接关系到人力资源运用的好坏。有效的激励正是解决这个问题的关键。因此企业人力资源管理的核心就是以激励机制作为标杆调动全体员工的积极性、主动性。激励方式有很多中,主要有物质激励,精神激励,竞争,企业文化等等方式。本文从阐述企

7、业管理中精神激励员工出发,简要地揭示了企业管理中员工精神激励现状及其原因,简单的探讨了企业针对员工的精神激励对策,对企业如何更大程度地吸引人才、激励员工,增强企业的综合竞争力起到一定的作用。【关键词】人力资源精神激励对策12斯蒂芬·罗宾斯教授认为,激励是通过高水平的努力实现企业目标的意愿,而这种努力是以能够满足个体的某种需要为条件的。对员工的激励可以理解为管理者根据员工的行为规律,利用能够激发、引导、强化和修正人的行为的各种力量对员工的行为施加影响的各种活动的总和。1精神激励概述1.1精神激励的定义精神激励即内在激励,是指精神方面的无形激励,
