2、字体摘要随着中国加入世界贸易组织和经济全球一体化进程的加快,人力资源管理在国有企业管理中的地位和作用日益增强,而激励理论中的精神激励问题更是世界范围内所有组织普遍关注的课题。员工精神激励的采用已成为提高我国国有企业竞争力、综合能力的必要选择,也是国企改革所要研究的部分,被摆上了议事日程。如何才能保证国企员工的积极性和创造性始终保持最佳状态,本文在对当前国企员工激励机制背景认知的基础上,首先通过研究分析激励理论中的精神激励;其次对国企员工精神激励现状进行分析,从而对国企
3、精神激励所处的现状有了更深入的认识,进而依据激励理论分析了国有企业员工精神激励问题所在;最后,根据存在的问题制定出了相应的调整策略,使其能够更大程度地吸引人才、激励员工,从而形成一套良好的精神激励机制,增强国企的综合竞争力。通过对国企员工精神激励机制的分析,可以看出在经济高速发展的形势下,国企通过制定并采用有效的员工精神方法,才能吸引人才、留住人才,充分发挥员工的工作积极性和创造性,给国有企业注入新的活力,使企业立于不败之地。【关键词】国有企业,精神激励,精神激励机制,存在问题,调整策略WiththeaccessiontotheWTOandquick
