1、摘要可编程序控制器简称PLC，由于PLC的可靠性高、环境适应性强、灵活通用、使用方便、维护简单等优点，PLC的应用领域在迅速扩大。目前已经成为当代工业自动化的主要控制设备之一。对于早起的PLC，凡是有继电器的地方，都可采用。而对于当今的PLC几乎可以说凡是需要控制系统存在的地方就需要PLC。尤其是在近几年来，PLC的生产成本下降，功能又不断增强，所以，目前PLC在国内外已被广泛应用于各个行业。随着现代化电力工业的不断发展，自动化水平不断提高，安全生产和经济节能受到了人们的广泛关注，刮板给煤机因为系统简单，维护工作量小，工作稳定、寿命长和
2、煤种适应性强等特点受到了众多火电厂的青睐，但由于刮板给煤机的内部构造原因，给煤量在实际测量中测量困难，致使电厂制粉系统增加不安全因素，原料浪费。本设计根据刮板给煤机的结构特点，以旋转编码器作为传感器，以PLC作为计量装置，以触摸屏为监控界面，研制了一套适合刮板给煤机煤量监测装置。该装置操作方便，运行稳定，使给煤机安全度增加，经济度增加。本文介绍了可编程控制器构成及原理，刮板给煤机的组成和应用，阐述了刮板给煤机给煤量控制系统，并完成了该控制系统的梯形图和组态图的设计。关键词PLC，监测系统，刮板给煤机，角位移传感器AbstractProg
