1、基于PLC的刮板给煤机控制系统设计摘要可编程序控制器简称PLC,由于PLC的可靠性高、环境适应性强、灵活通用、使用方便、维护简单等优点,PLC的应用领域在迅速扩大。目前已经成为当代工业自动化的主要控制设备之一。对于早起的PLC,凡是有继电器的地方,都可采用。而对于当今的PLC几乎可以说凡是需要控制系统存在的地方就需要PLC。尤其是在近几年来,PLC的生产成本下降,功能又不断增强,所以,目前PLC在国内外已被广泛应用于各个行业。随着现代化电力工业的不断发展,自动化水平不断提高,安全生产和经济节能受到了人们的广泛关注,刮板给煤机因为系
2、统简单,维护工作量小,工作稳定、寿命长和煤种适应性强等特点受到了众多火电厂的青睐,但由于刮板给煤机的内部构造原因,给煤量在实际测量中测量困难,致使电厂制粉系统增加不安全因素,原料浪费。本设计根据刮板给煤机的结构特点,以旋转编码器作为传感器,以PLC作为计量装置,以触摸屏为监控界面,研制了一套适合刮板给煤机煤量监测装置。该装置操作方便,运行稳定,使给煤机安全度增加,经济度增加。本文介绍了可编程控制器构成及原理,刮板给煤机的组成和应用,阐述了刮板给煤机给煤量控制系统,并完成了该控制系统的梯形图和组态图的设计。关键词PLC,监测系统,刮
