1、从D-葡萄糖合成溴-α-D-四乙酰葡萄糖的研究从D-葡萄糖合成溴-α-D-四乙酰葡萄糖的研究摘要:本文介绍了以D葡萄糖、溴等为原料合成糖的溴代衍生物,研究了溴代糖合成反应的条件。以D-葡萄糖为原料,在高氯酸存在下与乙酐反应,将葡萄糖乙酰基化。然后以红磷为催化剂,与液溴反应,将乙酰基化的葡萄糖进行溴化,进而生成所要合成的溴-α-D-四乙酰葡萄糖。结果表明:低温加料,溴代乙酰葡萄糖反应温度控制在30~40℃,并通过熔点测定、HNMR等手段确认了溴-α-D-四乙酰葡萄糖的结构,并鉴定产物纯度较高。经重结晶得到溴-α-D-四乙酰葡萄糖为7.5g。得率为72.
