1、企业产业联盟中的竞争与合作研究摘要随着全球经济的快速发展，企业联盟已经成为企业应对日益激烈竞争的一种重要策略。借助企业联盟这一新型组织形式，通过其成员之间的业务调整或合并，可以实现资源最优配置，从而获取单个企业所无法获得的、持续的竞争优势。企业在达成形联盟之后，如何采取战略有效地优化资源、争夺消费者，则是关系到联盟乃至于其成员企业能否获得成功的关键。本文从企业产业联盟的相关定义、分类及相关理论出发，引入了管理哲学思想，中国传统儒释道思想在当今企业管理中得到了新的诠释。分析了企业产业联盟中的竞争与合作关系，强调竞争与合作对联盟具有同等重要的作用，二者都不可有失偏颇。建立了企业产业纵向联

2、盟的博弈分析。产业联盟中竞争与合作并存，就需要对联盟中的合作进行有效的管理，培育企业联盟之间的竞争优势。从建立共同愿景、建立信任与承诺、加强沟通、增进文化融合等四个方面讨论了联盟中的合作管理，从低成本竞争创造、差异化竞争创造、持续竞争创造等三个方面分析了联盟中的竞争创造。在企业产业联盟合作与竞争战略分析的基础上，本文以芒硝行业产业联盟为例，介绍了我国芒硝行业基本情况，指出芒硝行业的市场前景及发展趋势，并对现阶段芒硝行业发展现状进行了分析，存在产能过剩与结构性短缺并存、发展速度过快，但整体技术水平不高、产业创新能力不强、资源管理机制落后、企业产业链利用水平低等问题。提出现阶段芒硝行业建
