4、rs,althoughthecountrieshavedifferentcharacteristicsinthemultinationalbusinesspersonnelstrategy,butaprominentphenomenonisavailableinmultinationalcompaniessuchaspersonnel,personnelandotherpersonnelhomeinternationalizationstrategy,influencethetalentlocalizationstrateg
5、yismoreandmorebig.Accordingtoasurveybyforeignscholars,43ofthe44multinationalcorporationsintheUnitedStatesemploylocalstaffasseniormanagers.Sincethereformandopeningupin1979Chinese,agreementtheuseofforeigncapital$470billion,theintroductionofforeigncapital$170billion;f
6、oreign-investedenterprisesapprovedatotalofmorethan28million,theactualoperationhas14million,numberofemployeesreached17million.Ofthe500leadingmultinationalcompaniesintheworld,nearly200haveinvestedinchina.InordertoadapttoChina'suniqueoperatingenvironment,multinational
