1、江西理工大学继续教育学院毕业(设计)论文关于房地产企业融资现状及风险防范的探讨摘要:房地产业作为国民经济支柱产业,对国民经济的发展起着举足轻重的作用。但由于房地产开发项目规模大、周期长、房地产价值高等特点,使得房地产开发企业所需的资金量巨大,因此融资能力对房地产企业至关重要。本文通过对近年来房地产资金的主要来源渠道——银行信贷,以及包括房地产信托、房地产基金、债券融资、股票融资、海外融资等其他融资渠道的研究,分析了房地产融资结构单一、间接融资比重过大、创新融资方式少等现状问题及其形成的主要原因,并提出了我国房产企业融资如何向多
