5、unishedbylaw.1.factuallaborrelations,theconsequencesbecomemoreandmoreseriousCaseintroductionXiaoWangsigneda3yearlaborcontractwithBeijingHongchengcompanyaftergraduatingfromuniversityin2004.Heworkedasafinancialmanagerandagreedtopay4000yuan/monthforhispost.Aftertheexpirationofthecon
6、tractinJune30,2007,bothpartiesdidnotproposerenewalofthelaborcontract,butthelaborrelationshiphasbeenmaintaineduntilOctober2007.InOctober26,2007,thecompanywaspreparingtoreducepersonnelandfoundthatWang'slaborcontracthadnotbeenrenewedaftertheexpirationofthecontract,andwrittennoticeth
7、atthelaborrelationshipbetweenthetwosideswillbeterminatedinOctober31,2007.Wangafterconsultingthelaborlawprofessionalsthatthetwosideshaveformedlaborrelationsinfact,accordingtotheprovisionsofBeijing,atleasttheyshouldalsosignaone-yearcontract;butAcercompanybelievesthatthetwosidesofth
