6、tractinJune30,2007,bothpartiesdidnotproposerenewalofthelaborcontract,butthelaborrelationshiphasbeenmaintaineduntilOctober2007.InOctober26,2007,thecompanywaspreparingtoreducepersonnelandfoundthatWang'slaborcontracthadnotbeenrenewedaftertheexpirationofthecontract,andwrittennoticeth
