5、tion.InthethirdPlenarySessionofthe17thCPCCentralCommitteethe"decision",clearlypointedout:"tostrengthentheprotectionoftherightsandinterestsofmigrantworkers,migrantworkersgraduallyrealizethelaborremuneration,children'seducation,publichealth,housing,andurbanresidentsenjoythesametreatment"and"urbanandru
6、ralsocialmanagement,promotethereformofhouseholdregistrationsystemandrelaxtheconditionssettledinthecity,stableemploymentintownsandfarmerslivingordertransformationforurbanresidents".Thedecisionmadecleardemandsforstrengtheningtheprotectionoftherightsandinterestsofmigrantworkers:First,strengthentheprote
