6、andmaliciousbehaviorcausedby[2].Isinaweakpositioninthetransactionprotectionofthelegitimaterightsandinterestsofconsumers,tomaintainsocialandeconomicorder,theprotectionofconsumerrightshasbeenpaidmoreandmoreattention,toprotectthelegitimaterightsandinterestsofconsum
7、ershasbecomethebasicresponsibilityofthecountry.ProtectionofconsumerrightsandinterestsofourcountryinSeptember1984,theGuangzhouConsumerCouncilwasestablishedasasymbol,andthen,ChinaConsumerAssociationonDecember1984bytheStateCouncilapprovedtheestablishmentof.Afterall
8、,theprovincesCountyconsumerassociationshavebeenestablished.ChinaConsumerAssociationinSeptember1987bytheInternationalUnionofconsumerorganizationsadmittedasfullmembers.
