1、中国民营企业国际化成长模式及选择【摘要】随着全球经济一体化的不断深入，企业国际化问题成为经济、管理等学科领域讨论的热点之一。迎接全球竞争，企业的国际化是开放经济的必然趋势，是决定企业未来长期生存和发展关键。传统的阶段国际化理论认为企业国际化是渐进的。但二十世纪九十年代左右，一种新的企业国际化模式引起了学者们极大的研究兴趣，即在企业成立的初期，就将全球市场作为自己的目标市场，并快速的展开国际化的经营。这种模式叫做跨越国际化。本文在界定民营企业和国际化概念范围之后，对两种模式做了详细的介绍和对比分析
