1、摘要：人力资源管理是企业发展动力的源泉，是企业可持续发展的根本保障。在竞争日益激烈的社会，在这个人才紧缺的社会，企业要想生存下去，必须严把人力资源的各个环节与关卡，让人力资源管理真正助飞企业的成长。人是生产力中最活跃的要素，人才竞争与培养，是各行各业的首要任务。近年来，许多企业竞相将人力资源开发与管理提高到战略的高度，因为培养属于企业自己、具有企业特色的特殊人才，将在很大程度上决定着一个企业的生命和发展。人力资源管理职能的战略决策过程要求对现有人力资源管理职能有一个清楚的把握。本文通过定量调查、定性分析等分析方法对广东方直有限公司公司的人员绩效、奖励机制、

2、人力资源管理等发面进行了调查分析，认为在人员的培训、人力资源的管理、产品的定位与导向方面存在不足之处，战略管理没有落实到基层，要解决这一问题，必须加强企业的管理，重视企业的战略规划、企业的文化建设，合理利用现有资源、有效发挥战略的杠杆作用。关键词：人力资源管理、人员培训、人才竞争ABSTRACTThehumanresourcesmanagementistheenterprisedevelopsthepowerfountainhead,istheenterprisesustainabledevelopmentbasicguarantee.Intheincre
