2、就不能以原来的方式来管理供应商。所以，如何选择和管理供应商就成为供应链管理中的主要问题。论文首先阐述了供应商对现代企业的重要性以及供应商选择与评价的国内外研究现状，并对供应商的评价与选择的理论基础进行了详细的论述。其次，论文在全面分析和借鉴国内外供应商评价与选择研究成果的基础上，构建起一个供应商评价与选择的指标体系，从供应商的产品竞争力、企业内部竞争力、外部竞争力、协调兼容能力以及企业信誉五个方面进行评价。最后，通过一个案例应用上文构建的供应商评价与选择的指标体系，对供应商的评价与选择进行了实证分析。关键词：供应链，供应商评价选择，伙伴供应商，指标体系25××××大学本科毕业设计(论文)R
