1、桂林航天工业学院压力容器制造工艺研究摘要随着科学技术的发展，压力容器制造水平越来越高，压力容器涉及多个学科，综合性很强，一台压力容器从参数确定到投入正常使用，要通过很多的环节及相关部门的各类工程技术人员的共同努力才能实现。本论文简述了压力容器的结构标准，主要研究了压力容器的焊接工艺及工艺评定，在对熔化槽槽体进行了一定的介绍与笔者理解前提下，对熔化槽槽体进行了焊接工艺的制定与焊接工艺的评定。经过笔者查阅收集资料，阐述了压力容器的组成结构与压力容器标准，通过查阅焊接手册及压力容器工艺手册，对压力容器的焊接材料与焊接工艺有了一定的了解，在老师的大力
2、关心与辅导下完成了压力容器的工艺制定与工艺评定。通过对熔化槽槽体焊接工艺的评定，发现压力容器的制造可以用一定的材料，结构生产是严格复杂的，保证了容器的安全生产与安全使用。通过对常温低压熔化槽槽体焊接工艺评定的研究，发现压力容器的制作是一个复杂而又严紧的过程，压力容器的每个部分都需要确定使用的材料与焊接工艺，不可忽视每一个很小的环节，否则将会有生命的危险。这样多种性的操作特点给压力容器从选材、制造、检验到使用、维护以致管理等诸方面造成了复杂性，因此对压力容器的制造、现场组焊、检验等诸多环节提出了越来越高的要求。关键词：压力容器结构生产；焊接工艺
