1、长春工业大学本科生毕业论文摘要本设计液体转移监控系统以单片机芯片89C51为核心器件，以键盘显示器接口芯片8279、继电器、运算放大器、A/D转换器等作为外围电路来实现液体的转移及监控。本设计主要由三部分组成：信号检测、控制模块、声光报警。控制模块采用压力传感器作为输入信号的装置，经放大电路对信号进行放大，运算放大电路运用LM124J进行放大,使信号放大到能够满足单片机作出响应的模拟信号。通过A/D转换器将模拟信号转换为数字信号，A/D转换采用AD7710，并将数字信号送给单片机。单片机输入口P2.1,P2.2,P2.3接收到模拟信号后将信号传到键盘显示器接口芯片8279，通过键盘实
2、现转移水重量的设定，利用4位LCD数码管显示重量值和执行任务的时间，用继电器控制水泵的开关，实现对液体转移的监控。单片机对信号处理后控制水泵的开、关及声、光报警。当B容器水临近溢出时启动报警，并停止系统运行的设计。声光报警分两部分设计，其中一部分作为一个独立的模块镶嵌在电路中，完成容器内液体超过警戒高度时的报警；另一部分与控制模块连接在一起，根据要求当容器内液体达到欲设重量时，系统需要发出蜂鸣声，这一部分需要单片机根据传感器送来的信号判断后进行控制。本程序可实性和可再利用性较好，各项被检测结果表明，本系统各项性能、指标达到或略好于设计要求，且人机界面友好。关键词：单片机；增量型PID
