1、哈尔滨理工大学学士学位论文数控铝带绕片机上下料部分CAD系统设计摘要翅片管是指金属外表面绕有连续薄带状的螺旋形金属翅片,利用绕片进行热交换的一种换热元件。我国现有的翅片管生产装置多属于半机械,半手工的操作方式,效率低,质量不稳定,不能满足用户要求,针对企业要求我们开发了数控铝带绕片机。开发的数控铝带绕片机将实现自动控制,具有自动上下料装置,完全取代过去手工操纵,生产率大大提高;实现不同直径和长度钢管绕片的自动控制和铝带螺距的无级调整;零件的精度高、精度一致性好,加工质量稳定,废品率降低。操作方便,可实现程序管理、参数
2、预设置、自动、手动等功能。本论文是以哈尔滨暖风机厂关于数控铝带绕片机的研究与开发课题为背景,主要针对数控铝带绕片机上下料机构的,基于Pro/ENGINEER软件的集成设计与制造。首先介绍数控铝带绕片机的上下料机构的总体设计;然后利用Pro/ENGINEER高度集成的CAD/CAM软件系统来实现上下料机构的参数化设计,建立了三维零件设计,使我们对数控铝带绕片机有三维空间了解;然后进行了三维模型的装配设计。关键词 翅片管;数控铝带绕片机;上下料机构;CAD系统设计-V-哈尔滨理工大学学士学位论文TheDesignofNu
