1、摘要在生产完毕的茶树菇废料中仍含有大量的有机物质和各种营养成分,为探索滑菇菌种在液体培养基的不同茶树菇废料比例条件下对滑菇产生漆酶活性的影响,利用ABTS(2,2-联氮-3-乙基-苯并噻唑-6-磺酸)的方法探讨茶树菇培养基废料比例对滑菇漆酶活性的影响。通过替代液体培养基的碳源和氮源分别设定为占总值的0%、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%。通过单因素实验方法,主要是测定在相同培养基配方的不同废料比例的条件下滑菇菌丝每日的漆酶活性。通过单一变量实验研查废料比例对滑菇漆酶活性的影响,可为以后废料利用研究
