3、seaparticulartoolandwhichcombinationoftoolscanbeusedinthetheorizingprocess.Inthisarticle,weorganizeasystematicreviewoftheliteratureontheorybuildinginmanagementaroundthefivekeyele-mentsofagoodstory:conflict,character,setting,sequence,andplotandarc.Indoingso,wehopetoprovidearicherunderstandingofhow
4、specifictheorizingtoolsfacilitateaspectsofthetheorizingprocessandofferaclearerbigpictureoftheprocessofbuildingimportanttheories.Wealsoofferpragmaticempiricaltheorizingasanapproachthatusesquantitativeempiricalfindingstostimulatetheorizing.Keywords:creativity;groundedtheory;philosophyofscience;entr
