4、iteratureandexperience.Withinthecontextofemployeeburnoutandwithdrawal,wedevelopedanovel,dynamicmediatedmodelofworkplaceincivilitychangeandtestedspecificpredictionsaboutitstime-sequentialeffects.Latentchangescoremodelingofweeklysurveydatafrom131employeesindicatesthatincivilityc
