5、ay–andtheextenttowhich–thechoiceforentrepreneurshipismadebyhigher-educatedyoungethnicgenerations.Theempiricaldataofourstudyisbasedonin-depthpersonalinterviews.Weemployedarecentlydevelopedmultivariatequalitativeclassificationmethod,calledroughsetanalysis,inordertoinvestigatethemotivation,goals,an

6、dstrategiesofsecond-generationTurkishentrepreneursintheICTandtheFIRE(i.e.Finance,InsuranceandRealEstate)sectorsintheNetherlands.TheresultsofourstudyshowthatthesecondgenerationTurkishentrepreneursintheNetherlandshavestartedtobeinvolvedinnewandnon-traditionalsectorsliketheICTandFIREsectors.Themoti

7、vationanddrivingforcesofthesecond-generationTurkishentrepreneursstemfromboththeirpersonalcharacteristics,shapedbytheirhighereducationallevel,andtheirpreviousworkingexperienceasemployeesorentrepreneursinthesamesector.Keywords
