6、*),NARandCGR(r=0.62**)andbetweenTDMandNAR(r=0.31**).HighheritabilitywasfoundinRGRandYhill−1.Clusteranalysisbasedonthetraitsgrouped41ricegenotypesintosevenclusters.Atotalof310polymorphiclociweredetectedacrossthe20inter-simplesequencerepeats(ISSR)markers.TheUPGMAdendrogramgrouped41ricegen
