4、rganizationalsupportclimateintherelationshipbetweenempoweringleaderbehaviorandthesetwoformsofcitizen-ship.Usingdatacollectedfrom98workteamsinonelargeorganizationinChina,inadditiontosupportforthemediatingroleofpsychologicalempowerment,wefounda“double-edged”moderatingeffectfororganizationalsupport
5、climate.Foraffiliativeorganizationalcitizenshipbehavior,andconsistentwithreciprocationperspectivespositedbysocialexchangetheory,resultsshowedthatthehighestlevelsoccurredwhenbothempoweringleadershipbehaviorandorganizationalsupportclimatewerehigh.Incontrast,fortakingcharge,andconsistentwithcontrol
