5、e,foodandbeverageaswellaswaterandchemicalindustriesillustratethestateoftheartofenzymaticCellulaseLipasepollutiontreatment.ResearchdirectionsinenzymetechnologyandtheirimportanceforfuturedevelopmentDirectedevolutioninenvironmentalbiotechnologyareelaborated.Besidebiological

6、andbiochemicalapproaches,i.e.enzymeEnzymeimmobilizationprospectionandthedesignofenzymes,thereviewalsocoverseffortsinadjacentresearchfieldssuchasStabilizationinsolubilizationofenzymes,reactordesignandtheuseofadditives.Theeffectivenessofenzymaticprocesses,Bioreactorespecial

7、lywhencombinedwithestablishedtechnologies,isevident.However,onlyalimitednumberofenzymaticfieldapplicationsexist.Factorslikecostandstabilityofbiocatalystsneedtobeaddressedandthecollaborationandexchangebetweenacademiaandindustryshouldbefurtherstrengthenedtoachievethegoalofs
