3、evelopedforsmallanimalcardiacimaging[2,80MHz.5].Thispaperpresentsfurtherdevelopmentofaprogrammable,low-cost,real-timehighfrequencyultrasoundimagingboardII.METHODOLOGYbasedonhigh-speedFPGA.UtilizationofFPGAfacilitatesprogrammableapplicationswithhighflexibility.TheprintedTheentireimagingsysteminco
4、rporatedahighspeedcircuitboard(PCB)designachievescost-effectivenessandimagingboardwithanalogfront-endelectronicsanddigitalcompactness.ThePCIbusinterfaceallowshighspeeddataback-endunit,ahighspeedmechanicalsectorprobe[5]andatransferandreal-timeimaging.Thededicatedfront-endhighfrequencybipolarpulse
5、generator[6].Theblockdiagramelectronicsshowedaminimumdetectablesignalof18µV,isshowninFig.1.TheFPGAbasedprogrammableandcost-allowinga50dBdynamicrangeatatotalgainof50dB.Thehigh–effectiveimagingboardwasimplementedina12layersPCBspeedanalogtodigitalconverter(ADC)withatypical10.8bitscheme.Thisboarduti
