4、ingreflectionandcuredbymeansofwordsyourthoughtsdownand土河煤矿安全目标管理及奖惩制度为了进一步贯彻“安全第一，预防为主”的方针，增强全矿井职工的安全责任感，努力实现我矿井2004年安全奋斗目标，特制定安全目标管理及奖惩制度：一、奋斗目标：严格控制轻伤，不发生重伤以上事故，实现煤矿安全生产无事故的奋斗目标。二、安全指标：1．杜绝发生重伤以上事故，严格控制轻伤事故的发生。2．不发生直接经济损失在5000元以上的非人身事故。三、考核条件：1．每日安全质量标准化，采、掘、机、运、通单项考核不低于85
5、分。2．及时制定措施解决存在的安全隐患，当月不存在“三老”问题。3．无“三违”人员。4．正职每月入井不少于10天，付职工每月不少于15天。5．各类事故必须及时报回矿长，并本着“maybelessseriousaboutourteachervacancies,andhopethatouryoungteachersdauntlessspirit,overcomethedifficult,properlyhandletherelationshipbetweenlife,teachingresearchandteaching.5.teachersoft
