1、房地产公司的员工绩效考核办法第一章 总则第一条     适用范围房地产开发有限责任公司（以下简称公司）的所有员工均需参加考核。总经理由董事会负责考核，不在本办法考核范围之内。考核对象具体分为高层管理人员、中层管理人员、行政事务、销售/营销、技术、财务、工勤等各类人员。分公司经理考核参见《新兰化工房地产开发有限公司业绩合同管理办法》。第二条     考核目的员工考核的目的是通过客观评价员工的工作绩效，帮助员工提升自身工作水平，从而有效提升公司整体绩效。第三条     考核原则考核工作遵循以下原则：（一）  以提高员工绩效为导向；（二）  定性与定量
