2、植物化感作用最开始的定义是指植物通过向环境释放特定的次生物质从而对邻近其它植物(含微生物及其自身)生长发育产生的有益和有害的影响。用不同浓度的空心莲子草地下根状茎的水浸液处理豇豆种子和幼苗。通过测定其发芽率,发芽势,根长,芽长,叶绿素含量,根系脱氢酶活性和叶水势,分析其对豇豆种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果显示,随着空心莲子草水浸液浓度的提高,豇豆种子的发芽势,发芽率,根长,芽长,叶叶绿素含量,根系脱氢酶活性,叶水势均呈下降趋势。表明空心莲子草地下根状茎的水浸液对豇豆种子的萌发和幼苗生长有抑制作用。同时浸种时间越长,对豇豆种子的抑制作用也越强。关键词:空心莲子草;豇豆;抑制作用1
