2、筋截面的痕迹。［2］钢筋切断和弯曲时注意长度准确，弯曲后平面上没有翘曲不平现象，钢筋弯曲点处不能有裂缝。钢筋加工成半成品后，按类别、直径、使用部位挂好标志牌并分类堆放整齐，使用时才吊、运送至使用部位。钢筋的弯制和末端的弯钩应符合设计及规范要求。［3］钢筋运输：钢筋在隧道内加工，加工好后由人工运至工作面，在运送及存放中要堆放整齐，轻抬轻放，防止变形。［4］加工后钢筋的允许偏差不得超过表中规定的数值：加工后钢筋的允许偏差表顺次名称允许偏差值（mm）1受力钢筋顺长度方向全长+102箍筋内径尺寸+53弯起钢筋的弯起位置20 接受
