2、n）1.风管散料的组装，应先根据散料上的标识，将同一编号的散料，摆放在一起，然后按照图纸的结构形式组装，同时保证两端法兰对齐。（theassemblyoftheseparatedpartsofthewindpipes,firstthemarksontheseparatedpartsarerecognized,setthepartsofthesamenumberstogetherbeforeinstallingthembythestructuresonthetechnicalpapers,meanwhilekeeptheflangeplateinorderorm

3、atchtogether.）2.角件组装时，应在角件的内角处，粘贴密封胶条，长度约30mm，以能够把风管四角处密封为准。（Sealtheanglepartsbytheirinnerangleswhenassemblingtheangleparts,thelengthshouldbearound30mmtoguaranteethesealtheinnerangles.）1.密封胶条的粘贴位置，应在风管法兰表面的沟槽上粘贴，胶条不允许突出到风管内。每对法兰连接处有一个法兰粘贴胶条即可。（Sealthegroovesontheflangeplate,theseals

4、houldnotgointothewindpipe.Theflangeplatecanbegluedtogetherwithoneseal.）2.对粘好胶条的风管，在法兰的四个角，应用密封胶再次做密封处理。（Sealthesealedflangeplateagainaftertheyareinstalled.）3.每节风管对接时，将粘好胶条，并打好密封胶的风管，用M8螺栓连接，螺栓拧紧后，在将扣件扣在法兰上，扣件的基本间距为120~150mm，（即，边长160~400mm扣件1个；边长460~600mm扣件2个；边长680~900mm扣件3个；边长950~12
