1、企业家人力资本拓展对比较优势增进影响探究DOI：10.3785/j.issn.1008-942X.2012.08.011[摘要]亚当·斯密提出的以分工深化为主要途径的比较优势理论具有动态和内生的特征，而将上述理论比较优势转化为现实比较利益的主体是企业家。以市场规模的变化来估计社会分工深化与比较优势增进的状态，可发现采用具有存量性质的财富指标比采用具有流量性质的收入指标来估计具有更好的显示度。通过借鉴人力资本的尼尔森—菲尔普斯作用机制和卢卡斯作用机制，将企业家人力资本纳入两类不同生产函数的分析框架中，可应用随机前沿生产函数模型和C-D生产函数模型
