1、西安市阎良区农村已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染现状和相关因素探究　　[摘要]目的研究西安市阎良区农村已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染（RTIs）的流行现状、特点和影响因素，探索相应的RTIs防治策略。方法在目标人群中抽取样本，采用统一的方法进行问卷调查、临床和实验室检查，建立数字化研究样本，并通过χ2检验，研究RTIs的高危因素。结果阎良区农村已婚育龄妇女中，RTIs的发病率为56.2%，宫颈肥大（发病率为33.2%）和宫颈糜烂（发病率为31.4%）是影响生殖健康的主要因素。18.1%的已婚妇女患有2种RTIs，1.9%患有3种或3种以上RTIs。RTIs与初婚年龄、人工流产次数、分娩次数等密切相关
