1、Delphi工资管理系统12020年4月19日工资管理系统摘要:工资管理系统是为了提高企业工资管理、简化工资核算流程的一个系统。该系统是在基于Windows操作系统平台的Delphi7.0开发环境下开发的。其囊括了企业对员工的资料管理的基本操作功能。如:员工入库保存、查询、修改、删除、考勤、工资核算及打印等功能。该系统能记录和管理员工从入厂以来的所有的工资信息及个人基本信息,能大大减轻会计部门的管理工作,方便、快捷、安全的完成企业员工工资管理工作。在方便企业管理的同时,为了保证管理信息的准确性、实时性、决策性,鉴于该系统是服务于管理工作的,因此本系统在使用权限上作了特别的限制及规定
