2、retrospectiveanalysisoftherecordsofallpatientswhounderwentlaserrefractivecornealsurgeryfrom1999to2008.Routinepreoperative:UCVA,BSCVA,MRandCR,refraction,slit-lampbiomicroscope,IOP,cornealtopography,keratometry,cornealthickness,indirectophthalmoscopyandascreeningvisualfieldtestPo
3、stoperativerefractivestatus(SE)andIOPwereevaluatedat1and3monthpostoperatively.Inthecasesofretreatment,pre-operativeophthalmicexaminationincludesSE,keratometry,IOPandcornealthickness.SEandIOPwereevaluatedat1and3monthpost-reoperativelySubjectsweredividedintothreegroupsbylevelofre
4、fractivecorrection.Group1hadlowmyopia(SE<-3.00D)group2moderatemyopia(-3.00D≤SE<-6.00D)group3highmyopia(SE≤-6.00D)Kaplan-MeiersurvivalanalysistherateofretreatmentinLASEKgroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatinLASIKgroup(p=0.006,Mantel-Coxlogranktest)therateofretreatmentinmalewassig
5、nificantlyhigherthanthatinfemale(p=0.046,Mantel-Coxlogranktest)CoxregressionanalysisshowedonlytherateofretreatmentinTechnolasgroupandhighmyopicgroupwassignificantlyhigher(p<0.0001andp<0.0001,respectively),notinmaleandinLASEK(p=0.521and0.749,respectively)Thesurvivalcurveinrighte
